Arrival

Please arrive at your appointment on-time. If you're running late for any reason, please allow us to know as soon as possible as late arrivals may mean we are unable to honor your booking, or your treatment time may have to be reduced if we've scheduled appointments after yours.

Late Arrival

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We’ll always do our greatest to accommodate late arrivals. (Within quarter-hour after your appointment) by performing the foremost complete treatment possible within the time remaining at the complete price. We recommend that you simply plan ahead for your visit to the sweetness Spot. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking and travel options.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your appointment, please contact us a minimum of 24 hours beforehand. Since we shy away other clients to carry your booking, any cancellations with but 24 hours’ notice will end in full charges and no other bookings are going to be made until paid.

Refund Policy – Products

We cannot give refunds on any products sold to because of personal hygiene and health and safety reasons. If there's a fault with the merchandise we will remit to the manufacturer for review.

Refund Product – Services

Our treatments are administered by a professional therapist. If you've got had a treatment that you simply are unsatisfied with please bring it to the eye of the therapist and follow the complaints procedure (detailed below) We do not give refunds on any treatments however we'll check out your concerns immediately and check out to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Complaint Procedures

It is our objective to make sure that each client is delighted with the services that they receive at the sweetness Spot. However, we recognize that on occasions things can fail. If this does happen we'll attempt to ensure we put things right at the earliest opportunity. This procedure advises the way to bring things to our attention if you're not happy about the service that you simply have received. We will make sure that all complaints are followed through, documented and when appropriate action is taken to stop a recurrence. The quickest and best way of resolving any problem is to bring it to our attention immediately. Please raise your concern with the therapist. Please provide the maximum amount detail as possible, including details of your treatment, date and time of your appointment and your exact complaint. Your complaint is going to be assessed and that we aim to urge back to you within 48 hours of receiving your complaint in writing.

Children

Children are allowed within the salon but nowhere near or within the sunbeds by law. Children must be behaved and not cause any disturbance to the other customers treatments.

Age Restrictions

For massage treatment you must be over 18. For all other treatments you will require written parental consent. We reserve the proper to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

Special Circumstances

Pregnant woman can indeed receive many treatments as long it's not within the trimester.

Therapist/Staff Illness

Unfortunately we may have to cancel your appointments due to therapist/staff illness and emergency. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment within the same day we'll need to cancel your appointment and rebook you for an additional day. We will notify you as soon as we will if we'd like to cancel your appointment.

Pricing

While we endeavor to stay our website and tariffs updated, treatments and costs are subject to vary all of sudden. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 18%.
